We are the main point of contact for the client in VTEX and we value our good relationship with them.
In order to make new business considerations, we use ecommerce tools (like Google Analytics, Search Console, SemRush) to analyse the client store. Thinking about the customer success team, knowing how to prioritize it is key in our job to avoid friction and make the request an important item in the VTEX roadmap.
