The program is a full-time job lasting from 12 to 24 months, depending on the country. During this period, you will be assigned to our Customer Excellence team and have the opportunity to work directly with our customers and dig into more technical topics while attending intense training sessions. Both experiences will qualify you to get your certification as a Solution Architect at the end of the first year.

The Solution Architect certification is a process that takes place at the end of the first year of the program. Its main goal is to assess your skill and knowledge set so you can continue on our core path.

We are a remote-first company. However, some visits to the office may be required, depending on the team and the country.

• VTEX doesn’t require any particular degree, but a math-oriented degree is preferred. Yet, it is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree or to be a senior in university.

• Written and oral proficiency in English is a requirement; additional languages are a plus.

Yes. During the hiring process, an English test will measure your fluency level, and classes will be taught in English during the program.

No. The program includes educational tutorials that will ensure you have all the information you need to become a certified solution architect by the end. However, having coding experience – even at a basic level – is a plus in the hiring process.
