What do you do about the engineering talent shortage?
The increasing demand for new technologies with the outbreak of COVID-19 fueled the problem of finding new talent and amplified the talent crunch which caused this widening gap. In Brazil and other countries, this scenario is more and more common.
In this Engineering Leadership Webinar, we invited great heads of engineering and design to discuss best practices and explore new ways to tackle this scenario when you need to grow your team.
