How successful companies have managed to effectively scale their teams without hurting productivity?
It’s happening. The company where you work is gaining momentum, closing more deals, cash is flowing at a continuous pace, and the business is about to scale.
While you, as a manager, are excited to be part of this moment and looking forward to exploring the new opportunities that will surely come, a certain fear has taken place in the back of your mind: how to improve your management skills to maintain the great work that has been done until now?
What kind of internal changes must be done to maintain the business’s healthy and thriving? How many new hires are needed to preserve growth? How to make sure new and old employees are fully invested in the company?
These are the type of questions that keep managers awake. And for a good reason: although rapid growth is perceived as a success factor in business, this moment also introduces a new level of challenges that need to be dealt with.
To help you find a path to follow during this challenging moment, we present this webinar with high-performing managers who have been in your place and managed to take advantage of the growth to build successful companies.
In this talk led by Paulo Monçôres, Director of Engineering at VTEX, we invited
Demetrius Nunes, who also works at VTEX as Director of Engineering for B2B commerces; Dinah Davis, VP of R&D at Arctic Wolf and Founder of the Code Like a Girl; and Samer Fahmy, Director of Engineering at Shopify to discuss their experiences leading fast-growing companies.
