Paulo Monçôres is currently the Director of Engineering at VTEX. He is a senior engineer leader with 10+ years of experience in all phases of project design, development, and deployment cycle.
Passionate about people interaction and behavior, he developed mentorship and hiring skills and is always reminding people of their power to transform their futures.

Fernanda Weiden

CTO at VTEX

Fernanda Weiden is CTO at VTEX – the leading digital commerce company in Latin America. After a year as an advisor, the experienced executive, whose trajectory of more than 20 years in the technology market is guided by the development of scalable global solutions, with a focus on the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) discipline, assumes the position of leadership with the commitment to make the technology team even more diverse and protagonist in the global growth of VTEX. Her trajectory is marked by encouraging the authenticity of her teams, as well as focus on reliability, performance and efficiency of the solutions she helped develop. Fernanda held leadership positions in other big techs, was SRE manager at Google for six years and director of production engineering at Facebook for seven years.

Astha Malik

Astha Malik is the Global Chief Operating Officer at VTEX (NYSE: VTEX) and a senior technology executive with over 20 years of industry experience in growing global, premier technology companies by driving innovation in strategy, marketing, sales, customer experience, and building top-performing teams with a focus on culture.
Astha is a seasoned industry veteran with a track record of accelerating revenue growth for award-winning SaaS enterprise software solutions including early-stage hyper-growth companies and late-stage private and public Fortune 1000 enterprises across B2B and consumer markets. Astha helped propel companies including Zendesk (NYSE: ZEN), Citrix (NASDAQ: CTXS), Prudential (NSE: ICICIPRULI), PagerDuty (NYSE: PD) and Sumo Logic (NASDAQ: SUMO) into leadership positions in their respective markets with her diverse experience, strategic plays, global insights and ability to align and lead cross-functional teams with operational excellence. She has experience serving diverse markets, segments and customers, with a proven track record of bringing category-defining solutions to market.
Astha is a board member and advisor in the tech community. She currently serves on the board of Greenhouse – the fastest-growing provider of enterprise talent acquisition software, and of Everlaw – an ediscovery platform. Astha is a frequent public speaker and an active advocate for diversity and leadership. She is recognized with awards by organizations committed to the cause including Female Executive of the Year – Stevie awards for women in business and Business Leadership Award by the National Diversity Council.

Leticia Faria

VP of Tech Operations at VTEX

Leticia is currently working as top management advisor and non executive board member.
Before that she was COO LatAm for SumUp, managing a six hundred people team and running Logistics, Customer Support, Analytics, Risk and Antifraud.
Previously she led the HR department globally as VP of Human Resources, scaling the company from 200 to more than 2,000 employees, running a 100 people team across Brasil, Bulgaria, Chile,Germany, Poland and USA. She built the HR department from scratch and its subsystems as: recruiting, performance management, learning and development, compensation, etc. She also led an agile transformation and many reorganizations in the company on a global level.
As head of People for Movile holding she ran Learning and Development, HRBP, Employer Branding & Programs, Talent Acquisition , Learning and Development, Payroll and compensation. She was also supporting invested companies as Ifood in the HR strategy and had a close relationship with Naspers, one of their main investors.
She led the Talent and Community Management departments for Monashees (venture capital firm Brazil) and its 30 portfolio startups (3,000+ employees), partnering with the CEOs, CHROs and top management members to maximize HR strategy achievements and knowledge sharing among the community.
She has also worked at Google structuring from scratch the University Programs Department in Latin America, launching the first undergraduate and MBA internship programs across the region.
In the past she also worked in Fundação Estudar, Johnson & Johnson and Tenaris.
In addition, she co-founded an Education startup in 2010, focused on undergraduate students’ career development.
She co-founded and co-leads the HR Colab, a community for HR leaders.
She holds a bachelor degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de São Carlos and a certification in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford. She also took courses such as the Board Members course at IBGC and several agile transformation courses.
