It is worth emphasizing that we are a remote-first company. That means we design all processes, communication, and culture assuming that all employees are remote, even if they are not. The Portugal unit will be responsible for Catalog, one of the first modules to be developed by VTEX in the country. The module has a global impact and is considered the heart of ecommerce because it allows more than 2,500 VTEX customers to manage their products. VTEX offers customers a unified commerce system through its platform and solutions, linking physical stores to ecommerce data from the same retailer, improving the shopping experience, personalizing promotions, and leveraging sales.
