About the role

We are seeking a skillful and communicative Finance/Administrative Analyst who desires to or already works within Finance. The ideal candidate has a finance background, but must be able to communicate with different employee levels at the company while applying the guidelines provided and making sure that policies are followed accordingly. You will work with accounts payables team, by checking and reviewing company expenses and assuring the quality and compliance of all expenses. While in that position, you will have the opportunity of getting to know other departments and understand the back-office activities of one of the most powerful e-commerce infrastructures globally.

About the team

You will be part of our Finance organization, which provides support, knowledge and information that enables VTEX to ensure strong financial results. You will work with an account payables team, receive all support necessary to build essential skills to face any upcoming challenges and doubts.

Who you are

• You are fluent in English and Portuguese;
• You are a team player – one of the most important responsibilities of a Finance team member is to interact with other teams;
• You have good communication skills to guarantee that other teams understand what you’re asking for and the deadlines;
• You are organized with deadlines and focused on delivering necessary data timely;
• ERP experience is welcomed, but not mandatory
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus
• You need to be graduated in Engineering, Business, Economics, Accounting or related areas;
