About the team

Eshopper is a business unit with expertise in ecommerce UX that evaluates the entire customer journey and provides valuable insights in order to be more competitive in the market. In addition, we provide different rankings by country and deliver customized customer reports. We want to become a global ecommerce authority and we have the challenge to build worldwide well-known rankings and reports that are a reference in the Digital Commerce market.

What you will do

  • Actively participate in the construction of the sales area;
  • Interface and alignment with other areas of the company, especially Marketing and Products;
  • Daily contact with C-Level/ Decision Makers executives from Brazilian and global companies;
  • Contacting potential customers by email, phone and other approach channels;
  • Develop lead approach emails;
  • Create e-mail cadence for communication;
  • Prospect and nurture lead;
  • Perform qualification based on the identification of: Problems, Consequences, Profile, and Timing of leads; 
  • Organization in the qualification processes and detailed description of the lead’s needs;
  • Create a positive first impression with our potential customers;
  • Develop strategies to attract new customers;
  • Scheduling calls and meetings for the sales team;
  • Understand about the sales funnel, track and generate daily metrics; 
  • Use support tools (Sales Navigator, Google Drive, CRM, etc.);
  • Prepare customer-oriented reports and presentations;
  • Acquire deep knowledge in the ecommerce operation;
  • And most importantly: build the future of the Digital Commerce Ranking.

Who you are

  • Excellent writing ability;
  • Great communication: Communicate with clarity, simplicity and objectivity;
  • Inside Sales Knowledge: Sales funnel, the steps and impacts of each phase in the process as a whole;
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Be proactive in contributing new ideas to speed up the sales team’s prospecting process;
  • Bachelor degree in Communication or Advertising or Administration or Marketing;
  • Mandatory to be fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a great differential;
  • Be curious and have the ability to learn and seek new knowledge on your own initiative;
  • Organization and self-motivation to work in an environment with great autonomy.
