Here, you will be commited to:
  • Active generation of leads, creating and executing strategies in conjunction with the Marketing area.
  • Active lead generation, creating and executing strategies in conjunction with the Partners area.
  • Active generation of leads, creating and executing strategies in conjunction with the Customer Success area.
  • Generation of Business Cases, benchmarks and studies for the leads of the commercial team, which will allow them to generate more effective real sales opportunities.
  • Supporting and monitoring of the commercial results of the sales team
  • Generation and execution of ideas, strategies, projects, to support the sales team to achieve their KPIs

About the team

The BDR team is the lead generation engine for the VTEX Sales Team. They seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. The team members train and prepare to be recognized as leading ecommerce sales executives and trusted advisors for our customers.

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience on a similar role, preferably in tech;
  • Familiarity with the SaaS sales model;
  • Ecommerce knowledge is a plus;
  • Familiarity with BI and analytics platforms;
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce;
  • A strong network of people and the ability to access it;
  • Strong presentation skills and great interpersonal communication;
  • A nose for opportunities and the courage to approach them;
  • You are based in Argentina, Colombia, Chile or Uruguai.
