The Sales Team partners with companies worldwide to ideate, plan, and implement transformative digital projects with VTEX’s solutions and products. We focus on selling new projects and services, according to the customer’s needs, to bring growth and competitive advantage to them.

We are seeking a Business Development Representative that will be able to prospect new business opportunities through social selling, cold calling, and tailored email messages. She/he is a good listener, being able to connect VTEX solutions to our customer’s needs, is passionate about ecommerce and retail, and interested in different ways to help the ecosystem to evolve.

  • You have verbal and written communication skills and feel comfortable with cold outreach;
  • You are a hunter with strong outbound prospecting skills;
  • You have experience with targeting, segmentation, and list building tools to develop prospect lists;
  • You have experience with ecommerce;
  • You tackle the problems always with a business-oriented approach;
  • You have advanced English (it’s a plus);
  • You have knowledge about the market and know how to use the right tools to achieve your goals;
