The Sales Team works directly with companies worldwide to ideate, plan, and implement transformative digital projects using VTEX’s solutions and products. The team focuses on selling new projects and services according to the customer’s needs, bringing growth and competitive advantage.


We are looking for a professional to build the Channels area for the Spanish Market. We are looking for a person with a commercial and technical profile who has the experience and a proven track record of developing and growing the ecosystem of implementers and integrated solutions for the region. Knowledge of the digital commerce ecosystem and retail industry, as well as a strong network are essential for this position. 
Perform prospecting, registration and identification of business opportunities for agencies that implement VTEX technology as well as solutions that connect to VTEX. Manage the digital presence of the brand together with partners and integrated solutions, coordinate Outbound Marketing strategies. Improve the management and deliverables of the agencies, Work with agencies training and growth programs. Manage the participation of the company in digital or face-to-face activities, work with the sales team to summon prospects, clients and partners; Management of budgets and objectives of Sales & Opps Generation. Generate actionable periodic reports for the business team.
  • Prospect and bring to VTEX new partners, mainly e-commerce focused System Integrator and agencies build a strong partnership and offer our solution to their customers.
  • Training commercially and technically SIs and agencies on VTEX platform;
  • Execute Marketing initiatives with partners in order to generate opportunities for VTEX, as campaigns, content, events, PR strategies, and so on;
  • Create commercial plans for partners and follow the execution; 
  • Structure the partner enablement program of VTEX UK, creating material, certification, levels, benefit packages and more;
  • Engage and build long-term business partnerships with selected VTEX large local and/or global partners;
  • Develop & execute business development, sales, and enablement strategies to establish a solid go-to-market strategy SIs and agencies meeting and exceeding revenue goals;
  • Work closely with partner and VTEX sales teams, to drive direct and indirect channel revenue;
  • Build & manage relationships across all levels of the partner organization and be a thought partner on new, innovative strategies to drive businessesFoster & exhibit cross functional collaboration and execution across all go to market teams;
  • Building close, productive relationships with other VTEX teams, especially marketing and direct sales counterparts, for required partner targeting, pipeline development and sales execution across sales regions.
  • Be able to sustain a powerful yet easily understandable narrative connecting VTEX solutions with clients’ needs;
  • Be humble, able to recognize when to connect the right VTEX professionals with the client decision-makers ensuring the best sales approach
  • Have enough technical expertise in commerce architecture solutions to be able to pursue a conversation with technical decision-makers;
  • Strongly believe in VTEX solutions and pricing model, be able to defend them commercially
  • Challenge and transform resistance into alliances;
  • Maximize VTEX’s impact by expanding our customer base;
  • Crack the code of attracting leads and converting opportunities into contracts;
  • Be acknowledged by our ecosystem as a digital commerce expert;
  • Nurture the prospects during the sales process with digital commerce knowledge;
  • Commit to the training of the next generation of VTEX front office team members.


  • 4+ years of experience in sales and channel management in a B2B tech company, preferably within the digital commerce space;
  • Advanced e-commerce knowledge and experience;
  • Proven track record of Sales success;
  • Fluent/Native English;
  • Proven track record and hands-on experience building new partnershipsKnowledge of the Commerce ecosystem including Commerce, Marketplace, Order Management, Omni-channel;
  • Experience operating and co-selling with technology and implementation partners;
  • High emotional intelligence;
  • Knowledge to leverage VTEX against other solutions and how to identify opportunities by monitoring the market.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
