VTEX DCS is a global program that prepares recent graduates to become the future leaders in the Digital Commerce industry through Solution Architect training. During the program, participants receive the most crucial knowledge and skills trending in the market, in particular solution architecture. Lasting from 12 to 18 months, the program combines a full-time employment opportunity with a learning program that features an innovative and unique approach offered by the EICOM Institute.
The digital market is constantly and rapidly evolving. Recent research shows that technical professionals are the leaders of this digital transformation. That’s precisely why Solution Architects are so important in this new context.
A Solution Architect has extensive technical knowledge and is always up to date with all market trends. They are able to talk business with authority and technical expertise. They stand out and are trusted advisors to CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers in the most strategic negotiations.
By becoming a Solution Architect, you will have what it takes to ensure the success of our clients, help implement new solutions, guide them towards the best path of business architecture, identify new opportunities, and bring new clients to the company. In short, you will be prepared to take on any front-office position at VTEX and the technology market.
The DCS Program has two main pillars – Hands-on Experience and Learning Experience – that will teach you all you need to know to pursue a career as a Solution Architect.

We are looking for achievers. You need to be challenge-driven and have the initiative to set goals aligned with both your success and VTEX’s.
We are also after people with strong math and analytical skills, tech-oriented, and passionate about digital commerce and global trade.
People who like to solve problems, who are curious and questioning, take a proactive stance, and want to become a reference in the ecommerce market.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or Math.
For this edition, your graduation date must be between January 2021 and July 2024.
Proficiency in written and oral English is a must; additional languages such Portuguese are a plus.
You must reside or have availability to work in Barcelona. Please note: VTEX is not responsible for relocation costs.
Previous experience in ecommerce and B2B companies is preferable.
Programming skills can be an advantage but are not a requirement.
