In this role, you will make a significant contribution by coaching our largest customers on how to deploy applications based on platform recommendations, as well as business rules translated into technology.
We are looking for an exceptional problem solver with good communication skills and the ability to ask probing questions to validate applications and find bugs.
You will work with the CX and Success team supporting customers with complex implementation issues and bug fixes, always being proactive. Always with a self-taught mindset, committed to finding the best solutions for our customers.
