The Global Compensation team manages VTEX’s policies and practices concerning employee salary, incentives, benefits, perks, and equity administration, catering to diverse markets and operational needs. This team works closely with HR Operations, Finance, C-levels, and other stakeholders across the organization to coordinate decisions and oversee employee communications and support about compensation-related topics.
