About the Role

As the Head of Brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping VTEX’s global presence. You will be the guardian of our brand identity and voice, ensuring consistency and resonance across all touchpoints. Your primary responsibility is crafting and executing brand strategies that elevate awareness, perception, and affinity for global VTEX solutions. You will lead a team dedicated to shaping the brand narrative, visual identity, and customer experience to drive demand generation, sales, and adoption.

Your role as the Head of Brand is not just about strategy and execution. It’s about collaboration and teamwork. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling brand initiatives. You’ll oversee brand campaigns, messaging, and creative executions while focusing on market insights and consumer trends. Additionally, you will be pivotal in enhancing VTEX’s presence at key industry events, ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning and messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and Messaging to drive awareness and differentiation across +40 countries.
  • Lead the creation of brand campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience preferences.
  • Lead the design team to create the website’s new pages, global campaigns assets and product marketing campaigns.
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to execute brand activations, events, and sponsorships.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and initiatives.
  • Champion brand advocacy internally and externally, fostering a culture of brand stewardship and excellence.

 

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and industry trends
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • English Native / Bilingual (mandatory)
  • Spanish and Portuguese (preferred)
  • Passion for brand storytelling and creativity
