The Customer Experience main challenge is to enable continued growth opportunities to our customers. As an enablement team we seek to offer our teams training and learning opportunities on their path to become Digital Commerce Specialists. 

Educate about Digital Commerce challenges in a global landscape; Improve the delivery of Digital Commerce projects;
Guarantee best practices of Digital Commerce are not only known but applied; Ensure collaboration and knowledge transfer of Digital Commerce within the CX organization and the VTEX organization; Build and expand a online learning platform revolving around digital commerce topics; Publish papers that inform about our practices to the ecosystem.

Ultimately our dream is that VTEX will consist of only Digital Commerce Specialists.

Our hypothesis is that if everyone in our company is a Digital Commerce Specialist, no matter their role or badge, we will create a real impact to our customers, shaping the future of Digital Commerce and accelerating digital transformation.

  • Work with stakeholders to define training requirements and learning goals
  • Create learning experiences and instructional content in a variety of formats
  • Establish a process to solicit input from key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Review/edit existing and contributed content for clarity and provide feedback
  • Update and maintain enablement content
  • Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, ensuring our strategies exceed the changing demands of the industry
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing training curriculum
  • Ability to provide an eLearning portfolio or demonstrate ability to create high-quality eLearning products
  • Previous work or educational experience with technical and/or engineering concepts
  • Experience with design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Techsmith Camtasia).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Knowledge of instructional design best practices, adult learning theories and demonstrated ability to design learning content that is effective
  • Ability to communicate abstract or technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to identify the best learning delivery formats for a specific set of learning goals
  • Experience and/or interest in delivering training
  • Passion for technology, learning and training!
  • Fluency in English
