We are looking for someone with e-commerce and digital marketing knowledge, B2B marketing experience, looking for scaling VTEX’s market knowledge through performance campaigns, email marketing efforts and organic tactics (including SEO), all done by creating unique quality and outstanding content. The main challenge of this position is to generate such quality leads, that it will end up in a pipeline full of real business opportunities for the sales team, in a very competitive environment. As such, both teams must work together and in harmony in order to make this possible.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for creating the strategy, building the communications calendar and implement all tactics, making sure each effort will guarantee the achievement of the team’s KPI’s: Leads, MQLs and SQLs. This will be done by leading a team of high performants, digital agencies and freelancers, that together must take out the best of each other and guarantee the conquer of our goals. As well, by measuring the performance of each effort and making sure to make decisions out of the historic numbers, in order to keep doing better and better over the time. At the end, all efforts must deliver a well positioned VTEX brand, quality sales leads, happy customers and a strong ecosystem.
This role is expected to have a dynamic person, looking for new challenges and open for change. Hubspot basic knowledge is necessary since is our marketing automation platform. Other necessary platform is Google Analytics. It’s a plus knowledge in Salesforce CRM and VTEX platform.
