The VTEX Sales Team partner with companies worldwide to ideate, plan and implement transformative digital projects with VTEX’s solutions and products. We focus on selling products and services, according to customer needs, to bring growth and competitive advantage to our base customers.


For this challenge, we are looking for a person with great interpersonal and communication skills, high potential related to numbers, data analysis and organization. You will be responsible for the onboarding and farming of new ISV partners, and work closely with our sales team to auxiliate our Partners and Business Developers.

The objective is to bring new strategic ISV partners into our ecosystem, while formenting our existing partners to achieve a higher level.

We look for a Analyst / Specialist with a flexible and dynamic profile, and knowledge of financial, contracts and data management, with an open mind and enthusiasm to begin a career in a partners and sales.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or partnerships that has considerable knowledge of digital commerce;
  • You have the ability to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs and discuss solutions with a partner and VTEX team;
  • You are self-driven, independent, goal-oriented, and accountable;
  • You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • You are able to work independently or with a team, and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deadline-driven;
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • You are willing to learn from and freely share knowledge with others, and comfortable participating in cross-functional teams;
  • You have experience selling platform solutions or digital consultancy services;
  • You have the availability to travel when needed;
  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English. Other languages’ fluency is differential.
