ABOUT THE TEAM 
 
The VTEX Sales Team partner with companies worldwide to ideate, plan and implement transformative digital projects with VTEX’s solutions and products. We focus on selling products and services, according to customer needs, to bring growth and competitive advantage to our base customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

For this challenge, we are looking for a person with the ability to think, format, and automate processes related to the Partner area to be more scalable as possible; Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes; Work closely with the Growth Operations team and Salesforce team to develop training initiatives in every step of the funnel; Search for constant improvement in the tools used by our teams, such as Notion, Miro, OnStrategy and others; Contribute with project management, automations and data analytics regarding our Partners evolution; Prepare monthly and quarterly reports regarding performance of our Partners,
Act in the alignment of the commercial team with our legal team to align contractual issues and negotiation requests.

WHO YOU ARE
  • You have bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field;
  • You have the ability to think strategically using Program management and have high-level knowledge of Business Process Management;
  • You have strong written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • You are mandatory fluent in Portugues and Advanced English;
  • You have the ability to influence others to adopt proposed solutions, plans, etc;
  • You are self-driven, goal-oriented, independent, proactive and accountable;
  • You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • You are comfortable to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment;
  • You are passionate for analysis, who understands how to collect, analyze and create intelligence based on data;
  • You have willing to learn and share knowledge with others and comfortable participating in cross-functional teams, building relationships of mutual trust;
  • You are creative, well-informed, and curious, with good references, ideas to share, and energy to dig deep into subjects.
