Product Management, B2C Product Strategy



We are looking for a strategic Staff Product Manager to lead VTEX’s B2C product strategy. This role involves defining target markets, identifying customer profiles and needs, and uncovering platform evolution opportunities to strengthen our B2C value proposition. The successful candidate will be key to influence our core commerce technology teams to ensure execution on the defined strategy. 


  • Develop and refine the B2C product strategy.
  • Identify and analyze target markets and ideal customer profiles.
  • Capture B2C customer needs and discover key opportunities for platform evolution.
  • Act as a liaison between Growth and Tech teams to ensure strategy implementation.
  • Develop strategies for B2C product adoption and churn.
  • Manage and enhance the transparency and engagement of the B2C product roadmap within the VTEX customer base.
  • Lead initiatives such as developing customer-facing roadmap artifacts, conducting webinars with Tier 1 customers, and presenting roadmaps to board members and market analysts.
  • Improve the quality of the B2C customer feedback loop.
  • Identify high ROI product and market opportunities, conducting specific research and analysis.


  • Product Vision & Strategy: Expertise in articulating customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build alignment, negotiate, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong capability in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive business outcomes.
  • Execution and Impact: Proven track record of initiating and leading projects that have significantly impacted business results.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Exceptional communication and executive writing skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or top-tier consulting company in the retail/ecommerce/tech space.
