About the Team

The Tech Recruiting team has the responsibility to support VTEX’s Tech teams’ growth. As we hire some of the best technical minds around, we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Recruiting Manager within our technical recruiting teams, you will apply your operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies.

About the Role
  • Build hiring plans and strategy across several businesses to meet increasing hiring needs for tech and product roles of all levels and domains;
  • Set team performance goals and metrics, and a formal tracking process to measure and manage the hiring progress;
  • Grow, lead and develop a team of tech recruiters of all levels;
  • Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver a diverse and high-performing talent pool;
  • Build solid relationships  with key partners, whether they are candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, or team members, driving strong hiring practices and culture within VTEX;
  • Who you are
  • You have a successful track record in owning and executing the strategy to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines;
  • You have demonstrated business acumen, and experience working with large, complex organizations during periods of growth and change;
  • You have built effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted advisor in all recruitment matters;
  • You have experience working with multiple different hiring necessities and specialized jobs along with coaching a recruiting team to deliver results across all channels;
  • You have experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team;
  • You are an excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
  • You are passionate about sustaining a healthy, effective work environment, and a team-first mentality.
