About the role

We are looking for a professional to be the initial service point of our demands regarding the SAP B1 application and processes we transact, welcoming those who seek this support (doubts, corrections, improvements) as well as performing the attendance of records / calls of medium and high complexity.

About the team

Our SAP team is responsible for support all of Finance Team (Brazil and International branch offices), with crucial importance for the company because it has the purpose of performing all financial management and is the source of truth for generation of our financial statements. We support several others areas such as: Billing Ops and Growth Teams.

Who you are

• You have good communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have Intermediate English skills;
• You are an Advanced user of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets;
• You have deep knowledge in ERP functions, such as SAP B1 modules, SQL/HANA language, Crystal Reports, and performing transaction control (Stored Procedures).
• You have knowledge of financial back-office processes (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Accounting, and Tax);
• You have functional experience in project implementation;
• You are expert in integrations: Service Layer, DIAPI, and/or B1 Integration Framework/B1IF;
• You have familiarity with market add-ons: Invent – BankPlus (important), Invent – TaxPlus NFSe, and/or Boyum – B1 Usability Package (B1UP);
• You are a team player and works well with collaboration;
• You are flexible and deals well with ambiguity;
• You have proactivity and curiosity on a daily basis;
• You are analytical and have systemic thinking to design simple solutions to complex problems;
• You have great attention to detail and a sense of quality;
• You have interest and ease in learning new tools or languages if necessary.
