ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for talented frontend engineers with experience collaborating on issues, asking questions, providing feedback, and supporting others in their goals. The ideal candidate will have industry experience working on a variety of technical challenges related to building scripts and libraries for tracing and producing user-derived events.
The candidate deviates from the market standard, in which he will be concerned with the functioning of the frontend application behind the scenes, having knowledge of the rendering provided by the browsers and the events’ API.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You will be part of the Analytics Team, responsible for capturing events and generic data that will provide metrics and insights that will assist in decision-making for VTEX. The team is involved with building products that help the company’s partners and internal teams in data-based solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for our stakeholders;
- Senior-level professional experience with TypeScript/Javascript, HTML and CSS;
- You have knowledge of one or more frameworks: React, Vue, Svelte, Next.js, Nuxt.js, etc.;
- You have Knowledge of client-side data storage and the Javascript Event API;
- You have experience with development of libraries or scripts to front-end challenges;
- You have 5+ years of experience in Frontend development and a solid track record building digital products.
