You will be part of our Talent Communications team, which handles our communication efforts for the entire talent journey, from candidate to employee. We’re part of our People org and make sure everyone knows precisely what to expect working with us.
As Senior Comms Analyst at the People team here at VTEX, you will work on organizing and producing our strategic rituals, designing our internal and external communication plans, and taking care of our cultural expression. You will work with several stakeholders, our executive team, Chiefs of Staff, marketing team, and others, to ensure that our strategic communication is clear and precise, improving our employees’ performance and candidate interest.
